FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

A&S Corner Store is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Maidstone, Saskatchewan.

Wage: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Schedule: Morning, day, evening and weekend shifts
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Ensure that food and service meet established quality control standards
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales and wastage
Supervise and check the assembly of trays
Establish staff work schedules
Supervise a team of 3 to 4 employees
Qualifications

Completion of secondary school
7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience
Ability to communicate in English
Must be bondable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand for extended periods
Comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing and walking
Available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends
