Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee and elevate the operations of our thriving dining establishment. Responsibilities
§ Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
§ Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently across all menu items.
§ Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
§ Lead a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff such as delivery drivers through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives.
§ Handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately using Clover POS, including day end cash reconciliation.
§ Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
§ Supervise customer service delivery to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
§ Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with the restaurant’s values.
§ Address and handle customer complaints, feedback or concerns as and when they arise.
