Job Details:

Fulltime & permanent position available for a suitable candidate with atleast one year experience in food services or supervisory role OR

Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management.

START DATE : As soon as possible

WAGE RATE : $21.99/ hour + bonus & commission

WORK TIMINGS: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, On Call, Overtime(occassionally), Shift, Weekend

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Hire food service staff
Ensure food service and quality control
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules
Supervise a team of 5-10 staff consisting of Food service counter attendants and food preparers

MANDATORY CREDENTIALS: Food Safety Certificate and criminal record check

LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Must have good communication skills in English language

EDUCATION: Must be Secondary (high) school graduate
