Job Type: full-time, permanent
Salary: $50 per hour, 40 hours per week
Education: A college diploma or university degree in business, marketing, supply chain or transportation administration is required.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, control and evaluate the operation of logistics department responsible for arranging and monitoring the transportation and movement of goods(including FCL, LCL and PO management
Arrange shipping documentation and oversee the schedule, door to door dispatch and tracking of goods
Set transportation service rates for ocean, land and air , and performance indicators (KPI report)
Develop plans and procedures for the integrated logistics solutions and storage of goods
Negotiate with carriers( ocean, air and land) and insurance company representatives for services and preferential rates
Control the departmental budget
Recruit personnel and oversee their training.
Requirement:
Education: A college diploma or university degree in business, marketing, supply chain or transportation administration is required.
Experience: • minimum 3 plus years of related work experience in the supply chain, logistics, or transportation. •
