Where You’ll Make a Difference Every Day
As a Policy & Indigenous Relations Advisor, you’ll be a key internal advisor supporting the Community Strategies Division and the broader Corporation. You’ll focus on strengthening internal systems, embedding culturally informed approaches, and advancing equity in policy and decision-making.
You’ll provide research, analysis, and trusted advice to help leadership and staff apply Indigenous perspectives and inclusive practices in their work. Your contributions will shape how the City delivers on its commitments to Truth & Reconciliation and builds a more informed, consistent, and accountable organization.
